Met-Tech North of England
Met-Tech North of England Limited gives 16-19 year olds the chance to enrol on a first-class traditional engineering apprenticeship. Applicants will have a minimum of five GCSEs, A*-C grades including Mathematics, Science and English. They will also have a desire to work hard and a passion for learning the skills needed to be an excellent engineer.
An apprenticeship lasts roughly between four and five years, and is 35-40 hours per week with great rates of pay. Each person gets an experienced and supportive mentor. The types of posts we recruit for include:

- Core Making
- Design
- Fabrication and Welding
- Product Development
- Fitting and Assembling
- Draughting
- Moulding
- Workshop/Testing Laboratory
